The delivery price for customers is calculated when you place an item in your shopping basket, this can be seen by viewing your shopping basket situated at the bottom of the page.
FINDING WIZARDS END PRODUCTS
There is a menu on the left hand side with product description buttons.
These buttons are located to upper left of the screen and will lead you to the products.
SEARCH FACILITY
You can also search for a product via our search facility which is located top right of the screen.
• Just type in the item you are looking for and press SEARCH>>.
SELECT YOUR PRODUCTS
When you have seen an item you would like;
• Click on the 'ADD TO BASKET' button. This will save the item into your basket.
If you wish to continue shopping;
• Click on the 'CONTINUE SHOPPING' button. Your Shopping Basket will keep your order information until you complete a purchase or exit from the store.
To view your shopping basket;
• It is situated along the bottom of the page.
To edit items in your shopping basket;
• Click on the 'CHECKOUT' button to the left of the page, it will take you to your order which enables you to amend accordingly.

We accept Switch, Solo, Visa, and Mastercard.
We accept personal cheques, (goods sent upon clearance of cheque.)
We accept cash, sent securely, postal orders and bank transfers.
We accept cash etc in person by callers (By appointment)
HOW TO PAY
On completion of browsing the site;

• Click 'checkout' button located at the left of the page to review your items. Any amends you wish to make you can do so here, you are able to add more to the quantity or check the remove box.
• When you are ready to complete your purchase enter your name and address details in the sections provided and then click the 'Send Order' button.
• You will be forwarded through to Paypal's or Nochex secure credit & debit card transaction screen to complete your credit card details. Please note Wizards End does not access your credit card details.
DELIVERY

DISPATCHING
• All items which are in stock at the time of ordering will be dispatched within 24 hours.
• Items are usually received within 3-5 days of ordering.
• We send notification to you via email when we have dispatched an order.

DAMAGED GOODS
You must check all goods on delivery. If your goods are damaged or faulty you must notify us at info@wizardsend.com of the exact damage or fault immediately and within 3 days of delivery.
